Sunnyfield Farm: Sales Policy

General

              A farm visit is encouraged so you can experience for yourself what these little critters are like. We want you to enjoy your Sunnyfield experience!

All Cattle and Donkeys

• No animal will be held unless a deposit has been given

• A $250.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a calf or foal for you

• If the animal is not picked up within the arranged pick up day, the deposit is forfeited and the animal will be put up for sale again 

• When you send a deposit you must include the following information: your name, address, all telephone numbers, email, etc.

• Sunnyfield Farm has the right to start charging a daily boarding fee when the animal is not picked up when expected.

• If the animal is being registered they must have the prefix of "Sunnyfield's" in their registered name

• Cash only at pick-up, no checks, no money orders and no cashier's checks accepted unless being mailed for deposit

• Animal is sold "as is" at pick up

• The buyer is responsible for fencing, food, shelter and care of the Zebu(s) or Donkey(s) once the animal leaves the premises

• Buyer must provide transportation unless prior arrangements have been made.  Animal must be transported safely in a ventilated, sheltered cage/trailer.  We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any animal should the buyer not have a safe method of transportation for the animal.

• When a deposit is put down buyer needs to arrange pick up date, if not, deposit is forfeited, and the animal will be re listed for sale.

• All Veterinary charges are responsibility of Buyer
